01 — The program

What exactly is Awaken The Man Within?

A twelve-week program for men who want the weight off and are done doing it the same way. It starts with whole-food nutrition — that is Level 1, and it is what moves the scale and how you feel. From there it builds: strength and conditioning at Level 2, the mindset work that makes it permanent at Level 3, and sleep and stress at Level 4. Everything runs through a tracker app built specifically for it, with real coaching on every tier above self-guided.

Is this a weight-loss program?

That is where most men start, and it is Level 1 of four. Fat loss and body recomposition is one of three nutrition tracks, and it is the one the majority of men choose — because the weight is what brought them here. Where it differs from a diet is what happens next: Level 2 builds strength on top of it, and Level 3 is the work that stops you undoing all of it in eighteen months. You can buy Level 1 alone and get a real result. Most men come back for the rest.

My doctor is on me about my cholesterol and triglycerides. Can you help with that?

I can coach the food and the training, which is usually a large part of what your doctor is asking you to change. What I cannot do is treat a condition, interpret your labs, or tell you anything about your medication — I am a board-certified health and wellness coach, not a physician. Bring me what your doctor told you and I will build the program around it, and I will tell you plainly when something belongs back in their hands.

What does "level up" actually mean here?

Four levels, twelve weeks each, stacked in the order that works. Level 1 is nutrition — the weight and how you feel. Level 2 adds strength and fitness. Level 3 adds the mindset work that makes it permanent. Level 4 adds sleep, stress and the rest of your life. Each level is a complete program on its own, and each one makes the next one possible. You can stop at any level or run the whole ladder.

How much time does it take each week?

Three to five training sessions, one prep block of roughly two hours, and about ninety seconds a day in the tracker. The mindset work is one reading and one reflection a week. If you cannot find that, say so before you enrol rather than after.

Do I need a gym?

The training is built around movements that run in a normal commercial gym. Several adapt to home equipment — bands, dumbbells, a bar and somewhere to hang. Tell me what you have before you enrol and I will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do I have to count calories or weigh food?

The plans give you structure and daily targets rather than a spreadsheet. Some men want the numbers and some want the plate; both work. What is not optional is that the food is real food you prepared.

What happens after week twelve?

You get a full re-assessment against your baseline and a written ninety-day plan. Then the choice is to run Warrior again with heavier weight and cleaner execution, or advance to the next archetype when it opens. It is not a maintenance subscription.

02 — The assessment

Is the archetype assessment a psychological test?

No. It is an educational self-reflection tool built on archetypal psychology. It does not diagnose anything, it is not clinical, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a licensed professional.

Do I have to give my email to see my result?

No. The result appears on screen at the end. It takes about four minutes and twenty-four statements.

How is it scored?

Ipsatively — your four archetypes are compared against each other, within you. There is no comparison to other men, no ranking and no leaderboard, because between-person comparison on this material would not mean anything.

03 — Coaching and safety

Is the mindset work therapy?

No. It is coaching and education using archetypal frameworks. I am a board-certified health and wellness coach, not a licensed therapist, and I do not treat mental-health conditions. If something comes up in this work that needs clinical care, I will tell you plainly and help you find the right person. That referral line is written into how I practise, not a disclaimer I keep in a drawer.

I have a health condition or take medication. Can I do this?

Possibly, and the answer comes from your physician, not from me. Talk to them before you change how you eat or train, bring me what they say, and I will coach within it. I do not treat, diagnose or manage medical conditions, and I will not ask you to change a medication.

I think I might have sleep apnoea. Is that the recovery pillar?

No. Sleep coaching is behaviour and habit work — timing, wind-down, caffeine and alcohol placement, load management. Suspected apnoea or clinical insomnia gets referred out to a physician. That is not me being cautious; it is the edge of what coaching can honestly do.

What does the coaching actually look like?

On the 1:1 tiers, four private sessions a month, plus your plan adjusted between them. On The Brotherhood, a weekly group call. On The Path, one group call a month. On every tier I can see the same board you can, so what you log is what we talk about.

04 — Access and logistics

How do I get into the app?

When you enrol you get a single-use enrolment code tied to your email address. You create your account with it at the member login and you are in. The cohort is capped at fifty seats and the cap is enforced at the database, so when it is full it is genuinely full.

Does everything unlock at once?

No. Each week opens on the day you reach it. That is deliberate — the men who fail this program are almost never the ones who ran out of content. Nothing you have already unlocked is ever taken away.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The tracker is built phone-first, saves as you go, and you can back up, restore and print your own data whenever you want.

Is there a Spanish version?

Program materials exist in English and Mexican Spanish. Tell me which you want when you enrol.

My wife wants something like this.

Empowered From Within is the women’s program — same structure, built on Toni Wolff’s four forms rather than the four masculine archetypes. It has its own site, its own assessment and its own tracker.

05 — Money

Why is every price on the site?

Because making a man book a call to find out what something costs is a tactic, and I would rather you decide whether the number is plausible before either of us spends half an hour.

Why a three-month term?

The program is twelve weeks and the results live in the back half. Week three and week seven are where men quit, and the curriculum has specific interventions at both. Committing to the term is part of the intervention.

Can I change tiers partway through?

Moving up is simple — you pay the difference from that month. Moving down mid-term is a conversation rather than a form, because it usually means something else is going on.

Still deciding?

Take the assessment. It costs nothing, it takes four minutes, and it will tell you more about whether this is your problem than another FAQ entry will.
