Awaken The Man Within is a health and wellness coaching program provided by DCA Nutrition LLC. It is education and coaching. It is not medical care, psychiatric care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy or nutrition therapy for a diagnosed condition, and it does not create a physician–patient or therapist–client relationship.

Coach Donovan is a board-certified health and wellness coach. He is not a physician, dietitian, psychologist or licensed therapist, and nothing in the program diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition.

Consult your physician before beginning any nutrition or exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, take medication, or manage a health condition. Never delay or disregard medical advice because of something in this program. If a symptom appears or worsens, stop and speak to a doctor.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact your physician or, in the United States, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.

The assessment is an educational self-reflection tool built on archetypal psychology. It is not a psychological test, a clinical instrument or a diagnosis, it has not been clinically validated, and its results say nothing about the presence or absence of any condition. It is scored within a person, not against other people.

No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. What you get out of a twelve-week program depends on what you put into it, your starting point, your health, your genetics and circumstances well outside anyone's control. Testimonials on this site describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of yours.

Coaching tiers are sold as three-month terms, billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. Access to the tracker is granted through a single-use enrolment code tied to your email address and is for your personal use only. Cohorts are capped and enrolment closes when a cohort is full.

Keep your login credentials to yourself. Sharing an account, or redistributing program materials, ends access without refund. Program content — plans, recipes, curriculum, assessments and the tracker — is the intellectual property of DCA Nutrition LLC and is licensed to you for personal use during your term.

This site links to the assessment, the tracker and other sites operated by DCA and by third parties. Their content and privacy practices are their own.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DCA Nutrition LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the program. You participate in physical training at your own risk and are responsible for stopping if something hurts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
