When you use the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the tier you selected and what you wrote. These reach me by email and are stored with the site host's form service.

When you take the archetype assessment: your responses, and any contact details you choose to give. The assessment runs on a separate site and its result is shown to you on screen.

When you enrol: the information needed to run your account and coach you — name, email, your enrolment code, and everything you log in the tracker.

Automatically: standard server and analytics data such as pages requested, approximate location, referrer and browser type.

To answer you, to deliver and adapt coaching, to run your account, to send you material you asked to receive, and to keep the site working. Nothing else.

Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with advertisers. It is shared with service providers only where they are needed to run the site, the tracker or payments, and only to that extent.

Coaching notes and anything you log about your health are treated as confidential. DCA Nutrition LLC is a coaching practice and is not a HIPAA-covered entity; if you need care governed by HIPAA, that belongs with a licensed medical provider.

Email me at donovan@dcanutrition.com to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Marketing email always carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing does not affect coaching you have paid for. Your browser can refuse cookies; some parts of the site may then behave oddly.

This site and its programs are for adults. Nothing here is directed at anyone under 18 and information is not knowingly collected from them.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version is posted here. Continued use of the site after that means the new version applies.
