The maths
Why stacking levels is worth it
Any single level coached one-to-one is $349 a month on its own. Here is what stacking them costs instead.
| Levels coached 1:1 | Bought separately | On the ladder | You keep | Over the 3-month term |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 only (The Forge) | $349 | $349 | — | — |
| Levels 1 + 2 (The Forge & Anvil) | $698 | $449 | $249 / mo | $747 |
| Levels 1 – 3 (Warrior Complete) | $1,047 | $595 | $452 / mo | $1,356 |
You can buy a single level on its own, but I rarely recommend stopping at one. Food without training stalls around week eight, and training without food is a hobby.

After the twelve weeks
You don't renew. You level up.
When the Warrior term closes, the next step is not a maintenance rate — it is the next archetype, on the same ladder. Four terms, twelve months, one road.
| Tier | Per month | Per archetype (3 months) | The full road (12 months) |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Path | $95 | $285 | $1,140 |
| The Brotherhood | $149 | $447 | $1,788 |
| The Forge | $349 | $1,047 | $4,188 |
| The Forge & Anvil | $449 | $1,347 | $5,388 |
| Warrior Complete | $595 | $1,785 | $7,140 |
| The Inner Circle | $895 | $2,685 | $10,740 |
Warrior is the only term open today. King, Magician and Lover are in development. Nothing you buy now depends on them existing, and I will not put a date on them until they are written.
Straight answers
About the money
Why a three-month term instead of month to month?
Because the program is twelve weeks and the results live in the back half. Men who quit at week three or week seven quit at the two points the curriculum was specifically built to get them through. Committing to the term is part of the intervention, not a billing preference.
How is it billed?
Monthly, for three months. You are not asked for the full term up front unless you want to pay that way.
Can I move up a tier partway through?
Yes. Moving up is straightforward — you pay the difference from the month you move. Moving down mid-term is a conversation, not a form, because it usually means something else is going on and that is worth ten minutes of talking about.
What if it turns out to be the wrong fit?
Tell me early. I would rather have that conversation in week two than have you disappear in week six. If I take you on and it is clear I am not the right coach for what you need, I will say so and help you find who is.
Is there a payment plan for the full twelve-month road?
Ask me. Committing to more than one archetype up front is worth doing only if you already know this is how you want to spend the year, and that is not something to decide on a pricing page.
Do I need equipment or a gym?
The training program is built around movements that can be run in a normal commercial gym. Some can be adapted for home equipment — bands, dumbbells, a bar. Tell me what you have access to before you enrol and I will tell you honestly whether it works.
Not sure which rung?
Take the assessment first. What it finds usually makes the tier obvious — and if it doesn't, tell me and I will pick for you.
